Domestic Returns

  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Return Value: Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive a Cherubin Chic gift card equal to the purchase value. This can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

  • Due to the complexities of international shipping, we do not accept returns for orders delivered outside the United States.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene, quality, and the integrity of our personalized offerings, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized Items: Due to their custom nature, items like memory books with personalized details cannot be returned or exchanged. These products are specially made to reflect your unique story and are crafted exclusively for you.
